First colour of spring


The front of my house.

These are the first bulbs to offer some colour to the garden so far this year. Things are moving fast now and I've a feeling the garden will soon come alive.  This little patch at the front of the house gives me enormous pleasure when I pull up in my car after work. Can't wait for the deep reds and purples of the tulips to break through.

Ooooh, I am so jealous. Spring is my absolute fav time of year, no way I will miss it. Leaving Barbados in April, just to see my bulbs. In the meantime, I will enjoy yours.

I too was motivated this weekend by spring. And the motivation was also due to daffodils that we have blooming in several areas in the garden.
